The main ingredient is skimmed milk powder, which, combined with sugar and coconut fat, ensures excellent solubility of the mixture and a great structure and creaminess of the ice cream.
Application:
Dissolve 2 kg of concentrate in about 4.5 l of drinking water, mix until uniform, pour through a sieve, then freeze in a freezing device. Store the mixture in the refrigerator at 0 - 4°C for no longer than 24 hours.
