Returns Policy
We operate a 14-day returns policy, meaning you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when it was received — unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at kontakt@lodywojtas.pl. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: Krzywa 182B, Poland, 39-120 Sędziszów Małopolski. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special-order or personalised items), and personal care products (such as cosmetics). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about a specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return has been accepted.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal in the European Union
Regardless of the above, if goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as received — unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.
Refunds
You will be notified once we have received and inspected your return, and informed whether the refund has been approved or declined. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please bear in mind that your bank or credit card provider may also require some time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at kontakt@lodywojtas.pl.
