Order Processing Time

Orders are fulfilled within 1–3 business days from the moment payment is confirmed. During periods of high order volume or holidays, processing time may be slightly longer — we will keep you informed of any delays as they arise.

Delivery Methods

All orders are delivered via courier (e.g. DHL, DPD, InPost, GLS — depending on availability and location).

    Parcel Tracking

    Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number at your provided email address. The tracking link will allow you to check the delivery status in real time.

    Damaged Parcels

    If your parcel is damaged in transit, please prepare a damage report with the courier at the time of delivery and contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
