Granita powder with pineapple flavor

Pineapple powder granita mix is ​​the perfect choice for lovers of refreshing drinks.

Just mix 1 packet of the mixture with 7 liters of water and add to the granita pot to enjoy refreshing granita in a short time.

Preparation method:

✅ Granita : dilute in a ratio of 1:7 (1 pack of 1 kg + 7 l of water)
✅ Drinks : dilute in a ratio of 1:10 (1 pack of 1 kg + 10 l of water

Preparation of pre-syrup (1:4.5)
To facilitate ongoing dosing, we suggest preparing a pre-syrup.
Add the contents of 1 package (1 kg) to approximately 1 liter of water. Then stir and set aside for approximately 15 minutes to hydrate the ingredients. After approximately 15 minutes, stir the syrup again until a uniform consistency is achieved.
This produces approximately 1.75 l of intense syrup, which can be poured directly into the granita pot, e.g. in the proportions of 450 ml to 2 l of water.

The syrup should be stored in the refrigerator.

Ingredients:
Sugar, citric acid, flavour, colour: (riboflavin, beet juice concentrate, beta-carotene), stabiliser: carboxymethylcellulose, guar gum.
